The complete program is designed by our in-house special curriculum and pedagogy team which includes a child psychologist, an alternate education practitioner and early childhood specialists. The program design is also aided and vetted by industry stalwarts
All our classes are conducted live where students can interact with the mentors and peers in real time, and boost their growth.
All our classes are Live & Interactive. We strongly believe in specialized and focused teaching along with peer collaboration. This is why we have small group classes with 1 teacher for 4 kids maintaining a 1:4 ratio.
Each of our teachers/mentors is an educator with prior experience of 3+ years in the field. Our mentors go through a complete background check and a review of their past experiences, learning pedagogies, and they are equipped with consciously curated study materials and teaching methodologies at MicDrop. We work with the final motive of providing the best curriculum by the best mentors.
We understand that being a parent is a full-time job. If you want to reschedule your child’s one-toone sessions just let us know six hours before class start time and we will be happy to reschedule it for you. Although, rescheduling is not provided for workshops. Instead, the child is given 1 chance to opt for an alternative workshop on another day.
We make every possible effort to match children with mentors we think would be a fit for them. However, after 4 classes if you feel your child is not enjoying the classes, we would definitely assist in finding another mentor for you.
